Hair: Very soft before and after wash, perfect density, They didn't have a small cap so they contacted me and asked if elastic band is ok. Cap I received was way too big but after sewing in the band it fit snug around the front hairline. Communication and customer service was great based on my interactions. wig is for my wedding , i am very satisfied !!!
