Omg !!!! This is my first wig- I watched YouTube videos and installed it myself. The wig is already ore plucked and has baby hair- which made it super easy for me. It is so full and bouncy! So soft! Vender stayed in touch with me throughout my waiting time and after to follow up on how I'm doing with the hair. Amazing experience - all my friends are buying this same wig because of me lol.
