I am in love with this product. My expectations have been exceeded. The unit came neatly packaged and the hair smelled great. No shedding and it was easy to dye the knots and tint the lace. I didn't have to pluck anymore hair because I was completely satisfied with the way it was done. I will definitely be ordering from this seller again. The customer service was grade A all the way!
